WES Group

Taringa Medical Facility

WES Group are proud to be working with Evans Built on this multipurpose-building project, incorporating state of the art medical facilities (i.e. radiology and oncology departments). WES Group are responsible for the electrical, mechanical and communications services supply, including cable support and ducts systems; low voltage power systems; automatic transfer switch; uninterruptible power supply (ups); custom built switchboards; power factor correction; lighting; emergency evacuation lighting; telecommunications cabling; television distribution systems; lightning protection and electronic security. Construction on this $32.5 million project commenced in December 2016.

Opal – Kawana Waters Residential Aged Care Facility

WES Group has worked in partnership with McNab on the Opal Aged Care Facility at Kawana. The partnership has successfully delivered many key services to the Opal project, such as HVAC, electrical, NurseCall, security, and communication. This project is a culmination in the delivery of a vertically integrated 140 bed high-care need, aged care facility located

Dugald River Site Project

WES Group are proud to be working with Ostwald Bros on this new project. We are providing the electrical services on the Accommodation Village expansion at the MMG Dugald River zinc, lead and silver project in North-West Queensland.

Pulse Oceanside Medical Kawana

WES Group is the HVAC & Mechanical Contractor for the new Pulse Oceanside Medical Complex, Kawana by Evans Built/Evans Long, due for completion December 2015. Services include supply, installation and commissioning of the air conditioning and mechanical services, air-conditioning and control systems; mechanical services switchboards and controls; door grilles and louvers; fire dampers, condensate pumps and fire proofing cables.

NOVA Mooloolaba

WES Group is providing HVAC & Mechanical Services for the new NOVA Mooloolaba residential development by Walter Iezzi Building Group, due for completion September 2015. Services include overflashings; supply and installation of all controls, safety devices, fittings and fixtures, louver grilles, shutters, cowls and terminals, ventilator/exhaust fans; waterproofing; test and commission; maintenance.

Baralaba Multipurpose Health Service

WES Group was the Electrical and Data/ Communications Contractor for Baralaba Health Service, for head contractor Evans Harch/Queensland Health, with work completed March 2012. Services included supplying and installing NurseCall system; security systems; generation system; electrical, power and lighting; MATV; test and commision; MOLEX certified communication systems.

WES West

Sino Iron Ore Project

WES West provided various ongoing supplementary services in Electrical and Data/Communications for head contractor CP Mining at the Sino Iron Ore Project, completed June 2013.

Yaandina Frail Aged Care Facility

WES West provided Design and Construct Electrical services for the Yaandina Frail Aged Care Facility for head contractor Pindan, completed November 2014. Services included supplying and installing NurseCall system; security systems; intercoms; CCTV and generators.

West Angelas – Deposit B

WES West provided Electrical & Data/Communications services for West Angelas Deposit B mining site, for head contractor Decmil (Calibre/Rio Tinto). Services were for non-process infrastructure, including lighting and power and heavy vehicle/light vehicle change facilities and wash down facilities.
